Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this resort was a delightful experience, mainly due to its close proximity to Disney Springs, which made our evenings enjoyable with various entertainment options. The rooms had a good amount of space and were quite clean, providing a comfortable retreat after our long days at the parks. However, we encountered some issues with maintenance and other inconveniences that dampened our stay a bit. Overall, it was worth it for the perks associated with being on property.
We had a great week at the resort with plenty of fun moments. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, but the bus service to the Disney parks was a bit inconsistent, causing some frustration especially with kids. The variety of pools and access to Disney Springs added to our enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a lovely place, but the bus schedule could definitely use some improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the resort, with beautiful grounds and convenient access to Disney Springs just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of age, and I heard they are planning renovations, which is definitely needed. While the staff was super friendly and helpful, I did find the internal transportation could be improved to minimize wait times. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back once the updates are made.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort with gorgeous grounds and easy access to Disney Springs. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the dining options were mostly enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues with the dining quality in one instance and noticed that some of the furniture seemed dated. Overall, it’s a great place for relaxation with lots of amenities.
Overall, our stay at the Saratoga Springs Resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The spacious villa accommodated our group well, but the furniture felt outdated. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, and the internal transportation options made getting around easy. However, there were issues with the service at check-in and some amenities could have been better. The pricing is high, which is expected for a Disney property, but it felt a bit overvalued given some shortcomings.
